About the Role:

As a HR Driver / Concrete Agitator Driver, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals who can:

• Work 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with opportunities for overtime (weather permitting).
• Perform daily pre-start vehicle checks and maintain safety standards.
• Foster strong relationships with our valued customers.
• Adhere to OH&S legislation and NHVR laws.
• Show initiative and pride in your work.

What You Bring:

• Team Spirit: A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Licensing: HR License with a clean driving record (Vic Roads licence report required).
• Concrete Knowledge: Experience with different types of concrete is a bonus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
